Booth management is based on old technique- Man to man contact. The basic premise is that a candidate cannot reach to every candidate who resides in the same mohalla / ward. Every page of a voter list (comprising of approx 50 voters) is assigned to a party worker and is designated a pannaPramukh, every booth have typically 20 pannapramukh, 10 - 15 booths form one sector and 10 to 15 sectors comprise a Mandal. Their are 4 to 6 Mandal’s in every constituency (depending on the number of voters).
